Metal Container
Hanafuda Box
The goal of this project was to create a container that holds one or multiple items. I chose to make a box for my cards from the Japanese card game, Hanafuda. I already had a Hanafuda container that came with the game, but I wanted to design one that reflected the illustrations on the cards. I used etching for the sides and top of the lid, bottom of the base, and for the cut-out, raised details.
